- בָּזָקm. (b. h.; v. next w.) (shattering, splitting, lightning. Y.B. Mets.V, 11a top (citing the Mishnah) והִבְרִיקָהּ הַבָּ׳ (not דב׳) and lightning struck her (affecting her feet, v. אַבְזָקַת).
